Director of Human Resources Ron Watts will officially launch a new leadership network for ANU professional staff, ANUlinks, on Friday 7 December.
ANUlinks has been established to expand the rich and diverse potential of professional staff at ANU. The aims of the network are to enhance communication, foster innovation, share best practice and support the development of leadership across the University. The launch will feature an overview of the network and talks by presenters from the Future Leaders Program at ANU.
ANUlinks will work with the following groups on campus:
Professional staff
ANUlinks is made up of professional staff from across the University and their relationships can be tracked through the ANU mentoring program.
Career Development Team
The Career Development Team provides leadership training for ANUlinks members and there is a strong relationship between the alumni from the Future Leaders Program and ANUlinks.
University Executive
Innovation and ideas stemming from ANUlinks are communicated to the University Executive when University-wide implementation is required.
Working parties
ANUlinks creates working parties to develop project ideas created within the group to benefit the University.
